Wellness Wednesdays

Wellness Wednesday is a gentle monthly gathering for mothers to move, breathe, rest, and reconnect in community.

Held in Māmāwalu’s slower rhythm, this space may include gentle yoga, sound healing, reflection, or other restorative practices depending on the month.

You don’t have to arrive calm or put together. Come with the full day, the moving pieces, the keiki energy, and the unfinished thoughts. There is room for you here.

A Monthly Rhythm for Mothers

Wellness Wednesday is a gentle monthly gathering created for mothers who are holding ʻohana, home life, caregiving, work, creativity, and the many unseen pieces of everyday life.

Each month may look a little different — gentle yoga, sound healing, reflection, shared rest, or other restorative practices — but the intention remains the same: space to breathe, reconnect, and be held in community.

This is not a space for polished arrivals. Come with the full day, the moving pieces, the keiki energy, and the unfinished thoughts. There is room for you here.

Keiki Welcome

We know motherhood doesn’t pause when mothers need care too.

Wellness Wednesday is created with space for keiki to be present while mothers gather, move, rest, and reconnect in community.

Keiki do not need to be perfectly quiet or perfectly still. We simply ask that everyone helps care for the shared space with kindness and awareness.

What to Bring

Please bring a yoga mat and towel if you have one.

You’re also welcome to bring anything your keiki may need to feel comfortable.

Any session-specific details will be shared in the Acuity listing and confirmation email when you register.

Reserve your Space

Wellness Wednesdays are held at KEY Project in Kahaluʻu.

Space is limited so the gathering can stay small and grounded.

By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Māmāwalu Participation Agreement.
